Indonesia Market Representation :
P.T. InfraCell Nusatama (Indonesia)…..the group's flagship company, established in 1994. InfraCell Nusatama provide local market representation and support services (strategic, promotional, technical support, logistics) for a range of leading though, of course, non competing-telecommunications equipment and solutions vendors. Over the years, InfraCell has played a leading role in helping to positions its principals on variety of major Indonesian cellular infrastructure project from analog in the mid-90's through to the current 3G.
In-Building Coverage Distribution Solutions :
In-Building Services (IBS) Division (Indonesia)…..the turnkey supply of inbuilding coverage distribution systems has, in recent years, become one of InfraCell Nusatama's major areas of specialisation. With considerable expertise in the RF design, site acquisition, installation, integration and commissioning of inbuilding systems, both active and passive, IBS has thus far completed around 300 such deployments in Indonesia.
As a complete turnkey offering, IBS's scope of work typically includes:

- RF Design (including detail design)
- Site Acquisition (SITAC) & permitting

IBS is equipped with the latest planing tools, including EDX and TEMS Indoor. Moreover IBS expertise and experience in this area now extends to the US where InfraCell Incorporated has been involved in a number of active solution deployment, most notable at Houston International Airport.
P.T. IBC Solutions (Indonesia)…..a subsidiary of InfraCell Nusatama and its parent The Udinda group, IBC was the original pioneering in Indonesia of the concept of a Managed In-Building Network Solution for multiple operators-i.e., a common, shared in-Building distribution platform (active, optical fiber-based or passive solutions), which actually owned and operated by IBCS.
Access to the in-building coverage distribution service is, in turn, leased to individual operators, who thus avoid the significant CAPEX undertaking of a proprietary-deployment, while at the same time deferring all SITAC costs and other related issues on to IBCS. The company currently owns and operates 30 such in-Building network.
Testament to IBCS's vision and success in this area is the number of 'copy-cat' providers that have since sprung up in Indonesia's major urban centres.
Cellular Engineering Services :
Engineering Services Division (Indonesia)..... Another business activity in which InfraCell can truly regard itself as an Indonesian market pioneer . . . .the supply of skilled local cellular engineers for the global market. Established in 1999, this in partnership with Motorola's Worldwide Implementations Network (WIN) Group, ESD, played a significant role in the deployment of many of the early CDMA networks, in so doing helping to establish the international credibility and reputation Indonesia Engineering expertise.
ESD’s scope of expertise covers a wide range of cellular network support services, from system design and optimization to routine O&M, specifically:
- RF design & planning
- Site survey, preparation & installation supervision
- BSS integration, optimization & commissioning
- BSC/CBSC staging assembly
- BSC/CBSC data base management
- MSC integration, optimization & commissioning

More recently, ESD personel have been providing real time remote support desk to foreign installation team-most notably to US cellular field engineers seeking hands-on guidance on network upgrades.
InfraCell International (PTE) Ltd. (Singapore). Based out of South-East Asian regional center for commerce and business, IIPL is InfraCell Group's primary contracting vehicle for its International Services Operation, mostly utilising Indonesian expertise supplied by ESD.

InfraCell Incorporated (USA)…..recognizing the importance of the US cellular market, InfraCell's US presence was formally established in early 2000 with the corporation of InfraCell Inc. in Portland, Oregon, with the aim of employing US national to serve its domestic market. Indeed, in 2006, following an extensive audit, InfraCell Inc. was nominated Motorola's No. 1. outsourced services provider for North America, this one the basic of its consistently high all around quality of service.
Information Technology :
World Wide Web Institute (Indonesia)..... 3WI was Indonesia's first foreign joint venture in the field of Internet Technologies training. Originally established in partnership with The World Wide Web Institute out of Geneva, Switzerland, 3WI was officially launched in June 2000 at a ceremony presided over by Indonesia's Director General of Post & Telecommunication. In 2003 a sister company - 3WIP was formed in the Phillipines, a country which is highly dependent upon the quality of its manpower recources and a major regional source of IT specialists.
3G Technology Training Center (Indonesia)…..in response, to the convergence of IT and telecommunication, in 2005 InfraCell entered into partnership with technology giant Qualcomm Inc. for the establishment of 3G Technology Training Center '3GTC', focusing on both CDMA-2000 and W-CDMA (UMTS).
P.T. Orbis Indonesia (Indonesia)......Orbis is the natural spin-off from InfraCell’s IT Solutions Division, focusing as it does on web site and web portal construction, content development, and other custom designed web-based applications. Orbis was a national award winner for its 2004 e-goverment project on behalf of the provincial administration of East Kalimantan.
